I lead by building trust and creating space for others to do their best work. I provide clarity and guidance while fostering autonomy and confidence. I focus on shaping culture and systems that let collaboration flourish.

I bring a mix of strategic thinking and systems design to create scalable, human-centered solutions across enterprise and consumer products. My work shapes product direction with a focus on clarity, usability, and transparency, especially in complex spaces like AI.
On a personal note
I love living in the Pacific Northwest.
I’m outdoorsy. I love paddle boarding, hiking, camping, and climbing with my family.
I’m on a bit of a hobby hunt looking for anything cool I can do with my hands — most recently ceramics and some beginner carpentry.
I’m actively working on learning to vibe code (Cursor + Claude Code).
